The political potentialities of the trade unionism and his limits. A case of class-struggle unionism, Ate-Garrahan 2003-2010
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this article we propose a research on the classist trade unionism during the political period inaugurated by the presidency of Néstor Kirchner and until 2010. First, we compare it with the first experiences of this trade union tradition in the seventies. Specifically, the research focuses in the relationship between the classist trade union leadership and the rank and file workers. We pay special attention to the nature of the relationship between the trade union direction and its bases. To doing so we will take, as a case study, actions and practices developed by the Junta Interna of ATE (Asociación Trabajadores del Estado) in the Hospital Garrahan, in the context of the new cycle of labor relations opened in Argentina in 2003
